What exactly do I get in the beta?
The same fleet that runs our own operation — lead nurture, acquisitions analysis, CRM data cleanup, and reporting — deployed into your business, with us building and tuning it alongside you.
Why is it only $100/month?
Because this is the beta phase and you bring your own keys. You connect your own Twilio, AI provider (the Anthropic API), and CRM accounts, so you pay those providers directly for your own usage (your “fuel”). The $100/mo is what keeps your agents hosted, running, and maintained on the Legacy OS platform. It’s essentially pennies next to hiring even one VA — and you get a whole AI operating system instead of one person.
Is the $100 price permanent?
It’s the beta-phase rate while we prove the system with our founding partners. Your beta rate is honored through your pilot. Pricing will rise as we move out of beta — founding partners get first priority and the best terms.
What does “bring your own keys” mean?
It means you connect your own provider accounts — your phone/SMS (Twilio), your AI provider (the Anthropic API), and your CRM (GoHighLevel and others) — and the fleet runs on top of them. You pay those providers directly for your own usage, so there’s no marked-up middleman, and your data and accounts always stay yours. “Your keys” means your accounts — not a one-time AI we hand over. Legacy OS plugs your agents into your accounts and keeps them running.
Do I own the agents? What happens if I stop?
Legacy OS is a managed service, not a one-time build. You own your data and your provider accounts; we own and operate the platform — the agents, their logic, the hosting, and the ongoing tuning and updates. The monthly fee keeps your fleet live and maintained, the same way any software subscription works. If you ever stop, your data and accounts remain yours to take with you — it’s the running, managed fleet that winds down.

What do I need to have already?
A real operation with real leads and a CRM (we work natively with GoHighLevel and can integrate others), plus your own integration accounts. The more volume you have, the more the fleet pays off.
